Effective as of February 26, 2018, the Board of Directors of SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. amended the Charter of the Revenue Committee of the Board of Directors.

Effective as of February 22, 2018, the Board of Directors of SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) amended the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics to add a new section 2.5 entitled “Harassment-Free Workplace and Non-Discrimination”.
